How do I get started with a Quote?

Contact us to start looking at items for your event! We can help you with your exact needs to come up with a plan based off your vision! 

What is required to book?

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to book your date, and you can adjust items and quantities rented on their own until a month before the event. Final payment is due two weeks prior to delivery.

My venue doesn’t allow flame, can I still rent your candles?

We offer battery operated candles with all taper rentals, we can also do battery operated floating, votive or pillar candles depending on venue restrictions! 

Do you offer real floral?

Currently we are only providing fake floral options, but we are happy to partner with a florist and supply them with vases or arbor measurements so they can bring your vision to life! 

How do I get the Rentals day of?

We do all delivery and pickup for the decor! We ask you provide the starting access time for your venue as well as the planned finish of your event and the cleanup end time for the venue.

Do I need a coordinator?

We will gladly work with a DIY couple but we do ask for a point of contact for the day-of, other than the couple themselves. Y’all have so much to enjoy that day! We do ask all items rented without setup/breakdown added be placed back into the containers they came in before the listed pickup time. Goblets and chargers do not need to be cleaned by you. 

What if someone breaks something while it’s being rented?

While we understand accidents happen, a glass may break or something gets bumped. Intentional damage such as drawing on furniture will result in a charge per our contract. 

Can I keep any of the items?

We are happy to let you keep any custom pieces made for you such as printed welcome signage, escort cards, and custom table numbers. Frames and mirrors are not included in that. All vases and florals do have to be returned to First Sparks.

Do You Offer Linens?

We do not keep linens in house, we partner with Premier Event Rentals for all linen needs and those can be added through us for a seperate charge
